Mark Yip, CPA
Senior Accountant @Hemlock Printers Ltd.
Mark graduated from SFU and started his accounting career at MNP in Sep 2015. After passing the Sep 2017 CFE and completing the CPA audit stream, he transitioned from the General Practice team to the US Corporate Tax team at MNP. He recently started working at Hemlock Printers as a Senior Accountant where he is responsible for everything from financial reporting to workflow analysis and business intelligence.
Darren Lee, CPA
Finance Manager @ISPARC
Darren currently works at ISPARC as a Finance Manager and is doing his part to promote the sports and activities in BC. Darren became a member of CPABC in February of this year. After writing the CFE in September 2019, he has been looking for volunteer and tutoring opportunities with CPABC to help the next generation of the profession. Currently, he is a CPA mentor and is studying to earn his US CPA designation. Prior to his current finance manager position, he moved to Victoria BC to work as a CPA Articling student at a public accounting firm for the NTR and review engagements with various taxation tasks. His public accounting experience exposed him to various industries from construction to cannabis.
